Position : MuleSoft Technology Lead

Location : Mumbai (Relocation assistance provided)

Experience : 4+ years in Mule / Mule 4 (overall 10+ years in integration preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a MuleSoft Technology Lead to drive enterprise-grade integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role involves solution design, development, and leadership across integration projects with exposure to global systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design & architecture of complex integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and AWS API Gateway

Define long-term integration strategy aligned with business goals

Establish coding standards, best practices, and enforce development methodologies

Create source-to-target mapping design specifications and integration flow diagrams

Conduct code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability

Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in APIs / integration flows

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Ensure compatibility of integrations with ERP (SAP, Oracle, JDE), Salesforce, E-commerce, and other enterprise applications

Evaluate emerging integration tools / technologies and recommend adoption

Guide teams with proof-of-concepts, pilot implementations, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

10+ years of enterprise integration experience with 4+ years in MuleSoft (Mule 4 preferred)

MuleSoft certifications (Developer / Architect) preferred

Strong expertise in API design, integration architecture & MuleSoft Anypoint Platform

Hands-on with at least one programming language ( Java, .NET, or C# )

Experience with CI / CD practices and code management platforms

Proven experience leading teams and managing large-scale integration projects
