Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Resales Executive with excellent communication skills and proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, handle property resale transactions, and drive business growth by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property sale inquiries from prospective buyers.
  • Make sales calls from the leads generated for the project.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to build repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities to management.
