JP Morgan Chase - Senior Associate - Quant Analytics - Marketing Analytics

Job responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver data-driven solutions for digital marketing
• Write and optimize SQL queries and automate reporting processes for campaign analysis
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, focusing on key metrics and performance optimization
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Gather and synthesize data from multiple analytics platforms to provide actionable insights
• Implement and manage tracking and analytics using tag management systems
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital marketing strategies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as business, finance, economics, engineering, statistics, information systems, or mathematics
• Eight years of experience in data and analytics and six years in digital marketing analytics or data transformation
• Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization / dashboard creation using Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Strong database skills, including writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
• Demonstrated ability to wrangle large, complex datasets and automate analytics processes
• Proficient in web analytics platforms and SEO / SEM tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

• Experience in campaign analysis and performance optimization within financial services or consulting
• Knowledge of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile methodologies, and innovative technologies
• Experience with A / B testing platforms and tag management systems
• Ability to communicate compelling stories from data and highlight customer behaviors and trends
