Sr Team Leader - Mechanical

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Team Leader - Mechanical to lead, coach, and mentor multiple engineering teams embedded within various global equipment divisions. You will be responsible for translating client requirements into clear deliverables, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

• Facilitate productive working sessions to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all managed projects.
• Implement effective project management methodologies and proactively identify and mitigate potential delivery risks.

• Proactively communicate with product line leaders to anticipate needs and resolve concerns.
• Provide transparent status updates and effectively manage expectations.
