Responsibilities

I. Design teaching plans and excel at teaching your subject (60% time)

• Design innovative Annual Plans, Unit Plans, and Lesson Plans - and contribute to the central Curriculum
• Teach subjects of your expertise and achieve stellar outcomes
• Design and conduct regular assessments to monitor learning and analyze data to improve the school
• Define and lead the building of a positive and strong school culture with a focus onlearning and joy
• Collaborate with parents of the students through regular meetings to ensure their active involvement

II. Coordination of School and Organization Projects (30% time)

III. Mentoring students (10% time)

Compensation and Benefits : We take pride in offering competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the candidate's education and work experience. The salary range for this position ranges from 4.4 - 5.4 LPA CTC, and we are dedicated to providing top-notch industry benefits.
