Senior Product Designer 3-5 years

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to build and scale design systems for enterprise applications . Your work will focus on creating reusable, consistent, and accessible design components that allow teams to deliver faster without compromising quality. This role requires deep systems thinking and close collaboration with engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement a scalable design system for enterprise tools.
• Create reusable components, patterns, and guidelines in Figma.
• Collaborate with engineers to align design systems with front-end code.
• Ensure accessibility standards are integrated into every component.
• Audit existing products to identify inconsistencies and gaps.
• Partner with product teams to roll out design system updates.
• Document processes to ensure teams can easily adopt the system.
• Educate cross-functional stakeholders on system usage.
• Evolve the design system based on new product requirements.
