Key Responsibilities
- Develop the Industrial Institutional Hygiene Chemical business in Gujarat through direct customer engagement and channel partners.
- Identify and target key customer segments such as food and beverage, brewery, dairy, laundries, kitchens, hotels, and fine dining restaurants.
- Build and manage a robust distributor network to drive sales coverage and market penetration.
- Plan and implement sales strategies specific to the hygiene and cleaning chemicals segment.
- Prepare detailed business plans using insights gathered from market surveys and market research.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating and developing contracts, and aligning them with business operations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and recommendations as per client needs.
- Operate independently with the ability to manage schedules and priorities effectively.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the company's cloud platform with daily activity logs.

Diploma in Chemical EngineeringB.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical EngineeringB.Tech / B.E. in Chemical EngineeringBehavioural Profile
Proven experience in business development, ideally in hygiene chemicals or a related industryStrong domain knowledge of food & beverages, brewery, dairy, and institutional sectorsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyStrong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detailExperience in conducting market research and data analysisTechnical competence in hygiene and cleaning chemical applicationsAbility to create and present compelling technical proposalsSkills Required
