Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented  Senior Purchase Executive  to manage both  import procurement of packaging machines and tools  as well as  local sourcing of secondary packaging materials . The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and proven experience in industrial purchasing, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Import Procurement :
• Manage end-to-end sourcing of packaging machines and tools from international suppliers.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors for quotations, negotiations, order confirmations, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, documentation (LCs, BOEs, etc.), and customs clearance processes.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
• Local Procurement :
• Source and procure secondary packaging materials (e.g., stretch films, tapes, cartons, strapping materials) from domestic vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long-term reliability and cost optimization.
• Cost & Inventory Management :
• Monitor market trends and pricing to negotiate favorable terms and reduce procurement costs.
• Collaborate with inventory and production teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Documentation & Compliance :
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements related to procurement.
• Cross-functional Coordination :
• Work closely with engineering, production, and finance teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.
• Support new product development and machine installation projects with timely procurement of required equipment and materials.
