Role Overview
The Associate – Sales will be responsible for overseeing contract renewals, identifying client growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring solid sales experience, cyber security domain knowledge, and outstanding communication skills to deliver business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract renewals for existing clients in line with company targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cybersecurity solutions.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional service levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer success, finance) to ensure seamless contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of pipeline activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Actively listen to client needs, provide consultative solutions, and position our portfolio strategically.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and stay updated on company offerings as well as industry trends.
- Support US and Europe sales leadership with reporting and account insights.
- Deliver high-quality client presentations, proposals, and renewal documentation.
- Work flexible shifts as per global business schedules.
Required Skills & Competencies
5+ years of proven sales experience with at least 2 years handling renewals or account management.Cybersecurity industry experience is mandatory.Excellence in English communication – verbal and written; ability to influence and engage decision-makers.Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a client-facing environment.Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.Strong customer service mindset with a team-oriented outlook.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an advantage.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is a plus.What We Offer
