Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our paid advertising campaigns, social media presence, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Paid Ads Management (Google, Meta, etc.) , Graphic Design , Video Editing , and Social Media Marketing .
You will play a key role in growing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and enhancing overall online engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Paid Advertising :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A / B testing.
- Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Stay updated on social media trends to improve reach and engagement.
- Content Creation :
- Design visually appealing graphics, banners, and marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator .
- Create and edit short-form and long-form videos for ads, reels, and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, ad copies, and blog posts that align with brand tone.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Track KPIs for campaigns, social media, and website performance using tools like Google Analytics , Meta Business Suite , and Data Studio .
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills :
Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in digital marketing, paid ads, and social media management.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign optimization strategies.Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).Proficiency in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Basic understanding of web analytics and conversion tracking.Compensation :
