Hiring For IBM BPM Consultant (Banking / FinTech Domain)

Role : IBM BPM Developer

Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Bangalore

Join : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Employment Type : Full-Time | Hybrid

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IBM BPM development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing complex processes .
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end solution development .
  • Solid experience in consuming and integrating REST APIs .

Technical Skills

  • Expert in IBM BPM 8.6 UI framework .
  • Proficient in Client-Side Human Services (CSHS) and integration services .
  • Strong experience with Business Process Diagram (BPD) design .
  • Good knowledge of process application deployments .
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle RDBMS and its integration with IBM BPM.
  • Advanced understanding of events and gateways .
  • Familiarity with ODM and its integration with BPM.
  • Expertise in exception handling at both process and service levels.

    • Functional Skills

  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and FinTech preferred.
  • Adheres to best practices in coding, security, unit testing, and documentation.
  • Experience working in Agile methodology .
  • Ability to ensure the quality of technical and application architecture across enterprise systems.
  • Skilled in researching and benchmarking technologies against industry best practices.
