This is a foundational marketing role. You'll work closely with the founders to build our brand, shape our voice, launch campaigns, and create compelling product storytelling from scratch. Key Responsibilities :
1. Community & Ecosystem Building
Launch and grow community-led initiatives (e.g. CXO roundtables, podcast sessions, invite-only meets).Build a long-term brand presence within the finance ecosystem.2. Content & Thought Leadership
Own and manage content across blogs, newsletters, founder stories, and deep-dive explainers.Launch high-impact content formats like podcasts, interviews, and thematic series.Build and amplify our brand-especially on platforms like LinkedIn-by producing standout content.3. Product Marketing & Collateral
Own product messaging across web, email copy, decks, and collateral.Work closely with founders and the sales team to iterate based on live feedback.4. SEO & Distribution
Build an SEO content engine to improve visibility without sacrificing tone or clarity.Manage distribution across organic, social, email, and third-party platforms.What We're Looking For :
4-6 years of full-stack marketing experience in SaaS or early-stage startups.Bonus : Experience or interest in corporate finance (academic or professional).Strong creative instincts and a "get-it-done" ownership mindset.Hands-on experience with :
Brand, content, product marketing, and community.AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Canva, Descript, etc.).Excellent writing and storytelling skills-especially for LinkedIn and long-form.Comfort with ambiguity and a mindset to figure things out as we go.(ref : iimjobs.com)
