Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.

Supporting HR in employee engagement activities.

HR Operations

Preparing HR-related documents, letters, and reports.

Assisting in attendance, leave, and payroll-related data collation.

Ensuring proper documentation and filing.

Learning & Development

Researching HR trends and best practices.

Assisting in training program coordination.

General HR Support

Handling day-to-day queries from employees.

Supporting the HR team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
