The incumbent will be responsible for driving growth in Existing Borrower business across all product lines primarily using its digital assets Website, App, DIY Journeys,
The incumbent will work with Product Managers across products to increase the % of business coming in from existing borrowers.
The incumbent a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute all Xsell programs using - digital marketing- including SEO / SEM, email campaigns, social media and display advertising campaigns, telecalling , DIY, push to branches where needed
Implement Martech tools
Measure and report performance of Existing borrower business - % change, value, conversion % , conversion by vintage etc
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns, focus on business KPIs which the network is aligned to.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end xsell campaigns across multiple modes of interaction DIY, Mail, Web, SMS,
Strong expertise in Customer Acquisition, Retention and Engagement
