Job descriptionSupervise installation of LT / HT panels, DBs, earthing, cable trays, conduits, and lighting. Oversee HVAC installation and alignment with electrical services. Conduct pre-commissioning checks, safety inspections, and compliance validation. Assist engineering teams with installation and wiring of test benches, automation systems, and production machinery. Support commissioning, calibration, and performance testing. Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for utilities and testing infrastructure. Maintain test reports, checklists, and as-built documents. Prepare daily progress updates, snag lists, and material consumption records. Coordinate with engineering teams for technical feedback and refinements. Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering / ITI. 2–4 years of experience in electrical site supervision, industrial facility setup, or manufacturing infrastructure projects. Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical distribution, control panels, and instrumentation. Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, BOQs, and layouts. Experience in electronics / EV / energy-tech manufacturing facilities is preferred. Hands-on technical execution and troubleshooting proficiency. Strong site coordination and contractor / vendor management capability. High ownership, discipline, and execution reliability under project timelines. PWR Nukleus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an energy-tech company advancing electrical safety, energy management, and EV infrastructure systems. We are currently setting up a new electronics manufacturing and R&D facility to expand production, testing, and engineering capabilities.
We are hiring an Electrical Technician & Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution during facility setup and later support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and R&D operations.
Role Overview
The Electrical Technician & Site Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all installation and infrastructure implementation work during facility setup — including electrical, HVAC, and interior activities — and subsequently support engineering teams with machinery installation, testing, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day execution of electrical systems, HVAC, interior works, and related civil interfaces.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, safety norms, and technical standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain timelines and work quality.
- Verify material delivery, maintain daily logs, and prepare progress documents.
