Associate - OEM Relations

Role Purpose :

We are hiring for the role of

Solution Specialist- OEM

This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Senior Manager / Associate Director.

In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by

managing OEM relationships and tailoring solutions to meet both their expressed and unspoken needs.

Beginning with our user-friendly paylater services that simplify payments, you'll extend our suite of solutions that fuel the OEM’s growth. This includes solutions to enhance OEM loyalty, analytics for informed decision-making, seamless billing & Expanding Width of Distribution, Signing up for various Value added services offered by pine labs .

The responsibilities we entrust you with :

Increase EMI Penetration in OEM :

Closely working with OEM to increase there counter share & market share.

OEM Engagement :

Build Cordial relation with OEM HO & OEM regional teams to understand the Business Opportunity / challenges / needs and build a trusting relationship.

Solution Crafting :

Use your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions for OEM and explain them in a clear and relatable manner.

Analytics :

Data Mining to give market insights / directions to OEM for making them competitive.

Market Awareness

: Stay updated on market trends and competition. Share insights to improve our products.

Process guardian :

Diligently following our processes for getting schemes, enabling them, following our compliance policies and procedures, fulfilling necessary documentation and reporting for sales management.

What matters in this role :

Front Line Retail Sales in Fintech, Banking / Financial Services / Electronics including Key Account management, Solution Selling in IT, Quick-Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, Telecom will be preferred.

Prior experience in Key Account management, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, White goods salesis desirable but not necessary

Years of Experience :

4 to 8 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role
