Key Responsibilities :

Lead the full lifecycle delivery and end‑to‐end implementation of the newest Oracle platform.

FLEXCUBE Universal Banking System (FCUBS) versions 12.x and above (e.g., 14.x), from requirement gathering to Go-Live and post-deployment support.

Conduct system setup, configuration, module activation, customization, integration planning, SIT / UAT testing, and execution.

Integration Development : Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via RESTful APIs and web services (SWIFT, payment gateways, SEPA, etc.).

Data Migration & Performance Tuning : Design and execute migration strategies, optimize performance, implement performance tuning, stress testing, and benchmark solutions.

System Lifecycle Management : Lead full lifecycle deliveryrequirements definition, product setup, interface development, data mapping / migration, unit / integration / UAT testing, user training, and go-live support.

Must-Have Experience : Proven experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS implementations (version 12.0 and above).

Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL / PLSQL, Java, WebLogic; web services, APIs, and system integrations.

Customize & Enhance FLEXCUBE Modules : Use Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, Java, and WebLogic to tailor modules such as CASA, Core, Loan Origination, OBPM, OBCL, ELCM, IC, LC, BC, EOC, ATM, OBMA, OBTF, OBTR,OBBRN,OBVAM, OBCLPM, OBCFPM

Must-Have Experience :

Proven experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS implementations (version 12.0 and above).

Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL / PLSQL, Java, WebLogic; web services, APIs, and system integrations.

Module Coverage : Broad exposure to key FLEXCUBE modules CASA, CORE, CL, OBPM, OBCL, Loan Origination, ELCM.

On-site Flexibility : Experience in on-site implementations and readiness to travel as needed.
