Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analytics professional to manage and monitor key performance metrics across departments, ensuring timely insights, accurate reporting, and data-driven decision-making. This role will work closely with insurers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, identify trends, and support proactive corrective and Responsibilities :

Monitor and analyse overall performance metrics such as TAT (Turnaround Time), DC utilization, NABL utilization,

and other key parameters.

Maintain user-wise tracking and productivity reports across departments.

Analyse user performance and assist team leads in identifying areas for improvement.

Provide actionable insights to support leadership and departmental decision-making.

Collaborate with the reporting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.

Identify trends, deviations, or issues early and support corrective action implementation.

Act as the central analytics resource for cross-departmental performance Skills :

Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) for data analysis and visualization.

Ability to interpret and present large datasets into actionable insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work with insurers, leadership, and teams.

Experience in productivity analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring.
