Team Leader - Private Banking

An established financial institution is seeking experienced and entrepreneurial professionals for a Playing Captain role in Private Wealth Management.

This is a unique opportunity for senior wealth managers who are ready to lead from the front—building client relationships while also guiding and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Have to manage portfolio of HNW / UHNW clients, delivering tailored investment, estate planning, and wealth structuring solutions with the team.

2. Lead and mentor a team of private bankers / relationship managers, driving performance and client satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with product, research, and investment teams to offer holistic wealth management solutions.

5. Identify market opportunities and support regional business development initiatives.

Ideal Profile :

1. 5–15 years of experience in private banking, wealth management in India.

2. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

3.Proven track record of managing HNW or UHNW client relationships.

4. In-depth knowledge of investment products, wealth planning strategies, and regulatory norms.
