Quantity Surveyor

We’re Hiring! | MEP Quantity Surveyor ️ We are looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a Commercial Building Project (High-Rise / Corporate / Mixed-Use) .

Location : [Gurgaon / Site Based]

Employment Type : Contractual

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial documentation

Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV, and Fire-Fighting services

Review and verify bills, variations, and rate analysis

Support tendering activities : RFQs, bid evaluation & awarding

Track project costs, prepare commercial reports, and forecast budgets

Coordinate with site, planning, engineering, and procurement teams

Requirements :

• Under graduation in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 8-12 years of experience in MEP QS roles (commercial / high-rise projects preferred)
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software (CostX / Planswift / Bluebeam)
• Knowledge of FIDIC and contract administration is an advantage
