The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to medical and non-medical staff, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills in reproductive healthcare, fertility treatments, and IVF protocols. Key Responsibilities : Design and implement training programs for clinical and support staff, focusing on IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and patient care protocols. Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and continuous learning workshops for existing staff. Stay updated with the latest advancements in assisted reproductive technologies (ART) and ensure compliance with best practices. Collaborate with medical professionals to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Develop training materials, presentations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance knowledge transfer. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Progenesis IVF’s internal guidelines. Assist in audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards of patient care. Support team members in understanding complex clinical cases and treatment protocols. Address training-related queries and offer mentorship to junior staff members.
