What we are looking for?

Recruitment or talent acquisition, specifically sourcing for IT, Digital, ITES, or BPS verticals.
Proven track record across full-cycle recruitment, with hands-on sourcing and closing experience.
Expert use of digital sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, ATS).
Must have own laptop and wifi connectivity at home.
Should be comfortable working in a Hybrid mode of working.
