Work timings will be in 7 AM shift IST Durations 6 months extension may be possible

The Global Tech Solutions GTS team powers digital experiences and engagement to enhance the lives of millions of people every day through connected care

This role will be part of a team within GTS providing solutions for ResMeds internal Operations functions including Procurement Supply Chain Planning

The primary role of the Tech Business Analyst is to enable business solutions as part of an Agile digital technology team The BA will work closely with the product owner technical team other BA team members and design team facilitating clear and open communication with business stakeholders SaaS vendors as well as internal and external end users of our enterprise solutions distributed around the world

Engage with stakeholders and end users to research identify develop and document requirements

Facilitate ideation solution design workshops

Serve as a thought leader for technical business processes developing forwardthinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity

Define and document current tobe business processes

Define and document data flows of business systems

Define and document business systemrelated procedures

Work with the Product Owner following Agile practices to build prioritize and maintain the backlog

Understand concepts of generalization and reusability and design components in a way that maximise their value across different groups and teams

Elaborate welldocumented user stories demonstrating good linkage to requirements and splitting epics into user stories

Work with technical teams to define document acceptance criteria

Ensure full requirements traceability provide appropriate documented evidence with each release

Work with technical teams to identify automation areas and opportunity for improvement of the products

Support the technical team as needed to ensure the right solution has been implemented and the solution has been implemented right

Bring bestpractice experience to proactively and continuously build Agile practices within the team

Prepare materials and providing training

Bring together and coordinate crossfunctional teams to address business or systems issues

Be customercentric dataobsessed qualityfocused collaborative have a positive attitude

Minimum 3 years working in an Agile environment

Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working

Excellent understanding of tools such as JIRA Confluence and Swagger

Experience working with Oracle ERP systems

Experience working with Supply Chain related systems

Experience working with Enterprise Systems

Bachelors degree

Minimum of 8 years of related experience

Understand microservice driven functional architecture and follow a domain driven design approach

Experience working with Supply Chain related systems

Proven experience working with internal contracted SaaS vendor implementation teams

Proven experience solving unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business

Working knowledge of XML FTP ETL APIs and web services

Hands on experience in data manipulation and analysis

Multiple system integration experience

Knowledge on Kafka Boomi and others integrations tools

Technical Business Analysts

When am I being involved : Sometimes supportive role in Discovery phase Build and maintenance

Active role in Delivery phase

What am I doing : I am responsible for designing and customising our thirdparty vendor products especially or ERP systems I will create design documents for our developers and wireframes for our ERP systems I work handson and can customise the systems and will work with developers to customise the products

Defining and Documenting Business Needs They work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and goals

Translating Business Requirements They translate business requirements into technical specifications that can be used by IT teams to design and implement solutions

Collaborating with IT Teams They collaborate with IT teams to ensure that the technical solutions meet the business needs and are implemented effectively

Conducting Testing and Troubleshooting They conduct testing troubleshooting and debugging to optimize the performance of systems and solutions

Creating and Maintaining Reports They create and maintain detailed reports on the performance of current systems and strategies

Leading Project Management Activities They lead project management activities such as project planning budgeting scheduling
