Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, engaging with potential candidates, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill staffing needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and providing administrative support for onboarding processes. This role also involves building strong professional relationships to enhance the candidate experience and meet organizational hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience through timely updates and follow-ups
  • Handle salary negotiations , offer rollouts, and joining formalities
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases regularly
  • Coordinate with the internal HR team for onboarding, documentation, and induction
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements :

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Proficiency in job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel trackers
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and close positions within deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR preferred
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
  • Knowledge of ZOHO software is an added advantage
