Main Duties

The Executive - Premium Services will play a key role in supporting the operational, governance, and coordination tasks across the Oxbridge Service launch project. The role will focus on keeping processes organised, stakeholders updated, and documentation accurate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Set Up Phase

Project Coordination : Keep the Implementation Tracker up to date, record deadlines and dependencies, and circulate updates between the head office and local offices.

Recruitment & Tutor Pool : Liaise with HR and local offices on consultant training completion and support the setup of the UK tutor pool.

Contract & Invoice Support : Work with Finance / Legal to log invoices, contracts, and trackers centrally; ensure signed versions are stored for Premium Services access.

Vendor Liaison : Support communications with tutoring vendor(s), ensuring proposals, agreements, and updates are documented & distributed to relevant parties.

Student Records & Database Setup : Help set up compliant student record structures and baseline university / course / test data for the database.

Ongoing Phase

Tracking & Updates : Maintain project trackers, ensure documentation is current, and follow up with offices to keep progress on schedule.

Tutor Pool & Vendor Support : Help coordinate UK tutor pool activity and liaise with tutor vendor & local consultants for scheduling, reporting, safeguarding and contract compliance.

Finance & Reporting Admin : Assist with keeping Premium Services financial records and KPI dashboards updated by liaising with Finance and Revenue Ops.

Student & Market Coordination : Ensure student files, feedback, and market presentations are kept up to date & centrally stored; support survey collection.

Database Maintenance : Work with central teams & IT to help log admissions / test changes, refresh entries, and ensure consistent tagging for reporting tools.

Liaison with Local Offices : Act as a point of contact between the Premium Services Business Unit and local offices, ensuring smooth communication, referrals, and documentation flow.

About the Candidate

Strong and confident facilitator with extensive experience in designing as well as evaluating impactful learning programs within dynamic, multicultural environments.

Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a collaborative team player.

Experience in managing external vendors, leveraging learning analytics, and driving learner engagement

Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation in learning practices.

Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Core Skills Requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides).

Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders across different time zones.

Basic familiarity with HR, finance, and compliance processes.

Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping skills.

Confidence in handling structured data entry, formatting, and version control.
