About the Role :

As a Service Support Associate, you will play a key role in managing customer support operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary point of contact for the US onshore branch, supporting 70 accounts.

Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle services and renewal activities.

Ensure compliance with US Health Insurance regulations and guidelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to complete tasks on time and resolve queries.

Foster positive relationships with onshore staff to enhance the customer experience.

What We're Looking For :

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Knowledge of US Health Insurance; experience with carriers like Aetna, SunLife, or MetLife is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Self-reliant, proactive, and solution oriented.
