Hiring : Project Head – Civil (EPFO Mumbai Project)

📍 Location : Borivali, Mumbai (EPFO Building Project)

🏗️ Company : Leading Construction Contractor

Position : Project Head

Experience : 20–25 years (Building Construction – Contractor Side)

Qualification : Graduate Engineer (Civil preferred)

CTC : ₹18–20 LPA

Other Details : Food, accommodation & transport to be managed by self

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the complete execution of the EPFO Building Project at Borivali.
• Supervise project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Review design, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal management.
• Experience in Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) is mandatory .
• Ensure project milestones and budget targets are achieved.
