Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Accounting Assistant located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Accounting Assistant will be responsible for handling HR-related tasks, supporting finance and accounting processes, managing benefits administration, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Day-to-day tasks will include processing payroll, managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, and coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Proficiency in HR and Accounting software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
