• Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize existing data processes for performance and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ETL processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data management and ETL development.
