Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in CRM management or related roles.Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.Education
