Job descriptionDesign, develop, and deploy scalable Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets. Leverage Power BI Desktop, Power BI Report Builder, and Power BI Apps to deliver end-to-end BI solutions. Apply deep knowledge of Power Query and DAX for complex data transformations and business calculations. Implement best practices in dimensional modeling and data visualization to ensure performance and usability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and deliver timely solutions. Optimize data models and reports for performance and usability. Provide support for production issues and make enhancements based on evolving business needs.
Description :
- Power BI : Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query.
- DAX : Mastery of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating complex measures and calculated columns.
- Data Modeling : Extensive experience in designing and implementing robust data models (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- SQL : Advanced SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Data Sources : Proven experience connecting to and transforming data from a variety of sources, including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and other cloud / on-premise databases.
- Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
