Job descriptionLead and mentor a team of business analysts delivery managers software developers designers and other cross-functional team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. Lead and oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Own the product backlog and prioritization ensure the delivery of product management best practices Familiarity with UML and other requirements gathering methodologies Develop and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of products. Implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and adaptability. Act as the primary point of contact for the product delivery team Communicate product updates roadmaps and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform product enhancements and iterations. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product management and software development. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or a related field; 10 years of experience in product management with a focus on software development. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing software development projects. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with tools such as ADO Miro or similar project management software.
