E-Commerce Sales Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and friendly Online Sales Executive to manage our online orders and customer inquiries. You’ll work from our office but communicate daily with customers through email, chat, and social media.

Your goal : ensure every inquiry turns into a happy, repeat customer.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts

Follow up with potential customers to close sales

Respond to customer messages from our website, WhatsApp, and social media

Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer support, or e-commerce

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have :

Fluency in more than 2 languages

Experience in social media sales (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
