Customer Success Associate

Location : JP Nagar Phase 3, Bengaluru

Compensation - 3.5-4.2 LPA

What you will do :

• Lead Qualification : Ensure potential clients via phone, emails etc., engage in meaningful conversations, and determine interest to qualify those leads.
• Target Achievement : Ensure strict alignment to the company's goals and assist in achieving maximum results, and achieve all individual targets.
• Customer Relationship Management : Devise effective communication strategies and maintain detailed records of interactions. Engage across communication channels to effectively queries and doubts
• Query and dispute resolution through SLAs : Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for answering and resolving customer queries and concerns across different channels
