Senior Test Manager

The role of Senior Test Manager involves overseeing and directing comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.

A key responsibility is to develop and execute automated testing activities, including the design and implementation of test automation strategies. Additionally, the Senior Test Manager will lead and mentor a team of testers, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing test case execution, defect tracking, test environment setup, and resource allocation. The Senior Test Manager must also define and enforce QA policies, procedures, documentation standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Effective communication is essential in this role, requiring regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, metrics, and overall quality status. Requirements for this position include at least three years of experience as a test manager, five years of experience in testing activities on SAP projects, and extensive experience in automated testing.

Preferred skills and qualifications include in-depth knowledge of Tosca Tricentis and work management tools like DevOps or JIRA. Applicants should be willing to work flexible shifts or travel internationally when needed.
