Job description
  • Leading a team of 10 20 Relationship Managers
  • Handling the escalations of the team
  • Training the new joiners
  • Maintaining the tracker
  • Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards
  • Work closely withRMs and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles.
  • Monitorand regularize the performance of Relationship Managers
  • Help theRelationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients
  • Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and to learn the changing mindset of the clients
  • Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories
