ABOUT THE JOB
Here’s what you will do -
- Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate
bottom-line results in short, mid and long-term purview of growth & monetization for Zupee
Play the role of program manager on strategic or cross-functional projects, and bring timely and usefulinsight, perspective, and analytical support
Closely liaison with the data analytics team on product & PnL related tasks and come up withactionables to move the levers in the right direction
Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to driverigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives & functional management
Drive in-depth product due diligence & integration plan in cases of acquisition opportunitiesBuild a long-term view of trends across the consumer internet ecosystem based on in-depth research(primary, secondary) and data driven analysis. Identify and craft Zupee’s role in it, with the intent of
building long-term company & product strategy around those vectors.
What are we looking for -
4-5 years of experience across management consulting, VC firms, strategy roles in 0 to 1 set upsYou are driven by intellectual curiosity and have an insatiable thirst for knowledgeYou have superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills, and are capable of formulating andcommunicating a long-term vision
You are a natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presenceUnstructured problems and environments have always excited you. You are able to bring method tomadness, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes with
multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
