As a Preschool Educator , youll lead a classroom full of wonder, guiding little ones through foundational learning while building strong connections with their families.

What Youll Do :

• Teach with Heart : Plan and deliver playful, age-appropriate lessons and activities that spark imagination and encourage learning through discovery.
• Build a Beautiful Classroom : Create a warm, welcoming, and safe space where children feel loved, heard, and free to explore.
• Partner with Parents : Build trusting relationships with families, share progress regularly, and provide thoughtful, quarterly assessments.
• Keep Records, Thoughtfully : Document each childs growth, development, and learning milestones with care and clarity.
