Experience Required : 9 Years +
Location : Indore / Pune / Chennai / Remote
Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Description :

Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.

Conduct end-to-end testing of ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.

Ensure compliance with QA best practices and participate in release planning and defect management.

Drive test automation initiatives where applicable within ServiceNow.

Document defects clearly, track them to closure, and prepare detailed test reports and metrics .

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful releases.
