The Delivery Lead will champion the end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI solutions for banking and financial services clients. Drawing on a robust track record of having led complex system development and transformation programs for BFSI organizations, this individual will be hands-on in driving best-in-class engineering, from initial architecture to production rollout. With practical experience building core banking platforms, digital payments systems, or risk and compliance solutions, the Delivery Lead brings a deep understanding of the operational realities, compliance needs, and integration challenges unique to the industry.
This role demands both technical depth and program management expertise—guiding multidisciplinary teams, setting rigorous standards, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple projects. The Delivery Lead serves as the bridge between client expectations and technical delivery, translating business ambitions into practical, robust, and scalable solutions.
In addition, this role requires a future-focused mindset and a strong desire to continually learn and experiment with the latest in technology. Key Responsibilities : Project & Program Delivery Lead delivery of multiple concurrent Agentic AI projects for BFSI clients, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and compliant outcomes. Oversee full Agentic cycle deployment—from requirements gathering with stakeholders to architecture ( together with AI Architects), build, QA, deployment. Collaborate closely with banking clients to translate business problems into actionable product features and technical designs. Develop robust delivery plans, KPIs, and risk management strategies across engagements. Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and guide cross-functional delivery teams of engineers, analysts, and data / AI specialists. Foster a collaborative culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. Coach team members on best practices for software engineering, AI / ML system delivery, and Agile / DevOps methods. Solution Design & Development Direct architecture, build, and integration of Agentic AI solutions with client systems (core banking, data platforms, compliance, etc.). Drive adoption of modern engineering standards (CI / CD, test automation, security by design). Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as primary delivery interface with client business and technology partners. Proactively manage scope, expectations, and change requests to ensure client success. Governance & Compliance Ensure all deliverables meet client and regulatory standards for security, privacy, and explainability (AML, GDPR, etc.). Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to boost delivery efficiency and impact. Stay current with the latest in agentic AI, GenAI, banking tech, and regulatory changes. Skills & Qualifications : 10–12 years’ experience delivering technology solutions in BFSI, with a significant stint in a delivery / project / program lead role. Hands-on background in building large-scale systems (banking, payments, digital channels, compliance, AI / ML). Experience recruiting, mentoring, and scaling technical delivery teams.
