What you’ll do

Listen deeply : Consume long-form conversations with founders & technologists.

Summarize with precision : Convert podcast insights into crisp notes, tweet threads, micro-clips, and newsletter-ready takeaways.

Write high-signal content : Create sharp, idea-dense posts for X, Substack, and cross-channel distribution.

Spot gold : Identify what the world’s smartest founders, investors, and operators actually care about.

Support newsletter growth : Help experiment with formats, hooks, headlines, and distribution loops.

Grow an audience : Learn how to scale an X account and a Substack from someone actively doing it.
