About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage A–Z HR operations and also take charge of Administration, Facilities, and Hospitality Management . This role requires a proactive multitasker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and ensure smooth organizational functioning.

Payroll coordination & attendance management

Employee engagement & grievance handling

Performance management & appraisals

Training & development coordination

Exit formalities & record management

ADMINISTRATION AND FACILITIES

Office administration & vendor management

Facilities upkeep, maintenance & housekeeping supervision

Travel, transport & logistics coordination

Asset management & procurement

Security & safety compliance

HOSPITALITY AND OFFICE EXPERIENCE

Guest and visitor coordination

Meeting & event arrangements

Pantry and office hospitality services

Creating a professional, welcoming workplace environment

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR or related field

Proven experience managing end-to-end HR operations(4-8 years)

Strong multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and people management

Ability to work independently and handle multiple functions
