Product Research Intern – Enterprise Software

We’re looking for a curious and self-motivated Product Research Intern to join our team as we build a next-generation Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform. This is a hands-on opportunity to research real-world systems like TPM, RCM, Lubrication Management, and Reliability Strategies—and translate that into meaningful product requirements.

What You’ll Do :

Research various advanced maintenance features like Total Productive Maintenance, RCM, Lubrication, and Reliability Strategies, equipment predictive modelling etc.

Study industry standards, benchmarks, and global best practices

Document detailed functional requirements, user stories, and competitor comparisons

Collaborate with our team to shape product design and roadmap

Use AI tools and documentation platforms to streamline research

Attend team discussions, interview internal SMEs, and contribute directly to MVP feature planning

Who We're Looking For :

Background in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

Final-year / PG / PhD students with interest in enterprise systems

Strong research and reading skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics

Self-driven and proactive with minimal supervision

Comfortable with AI tools and documentation platforms
