Job description

Creation of test cases and scripts necessary to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Peer review of other team members' test cases and scripts

Logging of UAT defects and production issues into Jira

Execution of UAT test cases and scripts for each sprint

Creation of business requirements and another various project / work effort documentation

Creating / maintaining support information in regards to the applications

Partnering with our Knowledge Management team in the Development of training

Providing support to our users in the use of the applications

Coordinating and conducting meetings with teammates, development team, and other partners
