YOUR ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

Title : Executive - Employee Lifecycle Processes s HR Operations

Purpose of the job : The incumbent will be part of the People experience Center and responsible for 1-2 employee life cycle processes and operations for the Group

Qualification : Graduate / MBA with 3 - 6 years overall HR experience (Experience in HR Operations / HR shared service Center preferred)

Experience :

Relevant experience in managing the employee lifecycle processes (onboarding / offboarding / end to end Position management / BGV in Success Factor) HR operations as part of HR operations team / HR shared service center in mid to large size corporates.

Ability to balance high volume s scale, driving high operational execution excellence with end to end ownership s and last mile process impact.

Working Knowledge of People strong / Success factors / other technology tools will be an added advantage

Strong Communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

Result oriented with high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standard.

Role expectation :

Managing the end-to-end Onboarding process for the Group

Responsible for the candidate journey post Offer Acceptance to Onboarding o Execution of end to end off Onboarding within defined SLAs (Service level agreements with business units)

o Responsible for providing a superior candidate / new hire experience o Management of the Background Check Process ensuring 100% compliance policy.

Works with Business HR on continuous process enhancement and compliance o Identifies and implements process improvements with respect to experience, effectiveness, and experience.

o Identifies the scope for technology enhancements, works with HR IT on configuration, testing and launch of new / improved system solutions.

Must be able to handle a high level of complexity in workload and should be flexible enough to shift workload in accordance with changing priorities.

Responsible for Employee experience (NPS) as measured through process / point in time employee life cycle transactions, handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns regarding the process.

Ensures 100% data s document sufficiency s accuracy in steady state, for all HR processes Ensures 100% adherence of technology / system at Group level for respective process.
