Sales Account Executive

Job description3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in fuel cards, logistics, or trucking. Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of the North American or Canadian business landscape. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Tech-savvy — able to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and digital communication platforms efficiently. Fluent in English (Punjabi or Hindi is a plus for trucking client communication).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close trucking companies and fleet operators across Canada.
- Build and manage strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
- Conduct discovery calls, present value propositions, and negotiate deals.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Collaborate with the internal team and Nomad representatives to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Track and report sales activities in the CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce).
- Contribute to refining sales scripts, outreach strategies, and team processes.
- Mentor junior sales associates when required.
