Job Description
Our team is widely distributed into many verticals such as banking, fintech, NBFCs, and other domains. You will have a critical role to play as a Project Management / Implementation Consultant role
What will you do :
- During the research, design, and development process, understand the requirements and convert them into documents.
- Assist technical team in creating a seamless product by sharing the crisp BRD and FRD with them.
- Obtain client master data, then develop accounting policies using that information
- Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders
- Take part in the QA process for solutions to make sure that all features and functions have been activated and optimized
Requirements
1 year or more of related experienceAbility to operate in a very fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environmentSharp written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of how to create BRD, FRD, and other business documentsGood business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAn eye for detail and the ability to execute very accurate workKnowledge of Lending / NBFC industry and softwares like LMS, LOS , Collections, CRMUnderstanding of the accounting field in the Banking / Lending industry including strategy definition, charge codes etc.It will be advantageous to have knowledge of SQL, databases, and other technologyProficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Google SpreadsheetsBenefits

Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Solid understanding of the Financial / Treasury markets to carry out day-to-day work in a manner that achieves the project objectives Provide subject matter expertise on pricing, booking, risk management and life cycle management Possesses Stakeholder management, business analysis, documentation (functional specs, etc), test design, feature prioritisation and testing Provide coordination and work with development team to ensure successful delivery of projects Requirement gathering with a multitude of stakeholders from different disciplines within the bank and of different levels of seniority Able to participate in detailed discussions related to feature decomposition and technical design Assist in producing good business and functional requirement documents that are of the appropriate level of detail for the audience concerned Manage overall planning, tracking and reporting of all milestones, tasks and deliverables including inter-dependencies across other projects. Proactively identify and mitigate risks which may have an impact on costs / delivery timelines. Provide updates to the governance forums (PSC / PgSC, etc) and key stakeholders on the project status, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
