Job Description :
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identify and source home loan customers through direct sourcing, builder channels, DSA, and connectors.
- Build and manage a portfolio of home loan clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
- Understand customer financial requirements and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
- Ensure end-to-end home loan processing including documentation, credit appraisal coordination, and timely disbursal.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and reference generation.
- Cross-sell banking and third-party products such as insurance and savings accounts.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide post-sales support.
- Achieve assigned monthly / quarterly sales targets and ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines.
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum Graduate (Any Stream); Post-Graduation preferred.1–4 years of experience in home loan or mortgage loan sales.Should be familiar with local property markets, builders, and developers.Good understanding of loan eligibility criteria, credit norms, and legal aspects.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Must have a two-wheeler for field visits.Skills Required
