Manual Testing

Description

We are seeking a skilled Manual Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and validation.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the testing process.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing of applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide detailed reports on testing results and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in manual testing or software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write queries for database testing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team.
