Job descriptionClient Acquisition & Business Development Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across IT, Non-IT, and Healthcare domains. Develop and implement strategies to expand business opportunities and market presence. Build strong client relationships through presentations, meetings, and networking. Negotiate contracts, business terms, and service agreements with new clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Maintain long-term client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and trust. Manage escalations, resolve issues, and provide continuous value to clients. Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue. Lead and guide a team of recruiters to fulfill client hiring needs. Allocate requirements, set targets, and ensure timely closures. Monitor team performance and provide coaching for improvement. Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure high-quality candidate submissions. Track business development activities, sales pipeline, and recruitment delivery. Provide regular reports on client acquisition, revenue, and hiring status. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. Experience : 3–10 years in business development / client acquisition within IT staffing, Non-IT recruitment, or Healthcare recruitment industry. Proven track record of generating new business and managing client accounts. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent delivery. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Leadership skills with experience in managing recruiters / team members. Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
